Mesh lightsΒΆ
Guerilla can use any polygonal object as a light source. It becomes then a mesh light.
The mesh lights are carefully sampled and generate less noise than the emissive objects. In turn, a large number of mesh lights may slow down the renderer.
- Select the object to turn into a mesh light.
- Use the command
Modify > Mesh Light > Set as Mesh Light
- Select the mesh light to turn back into an object.
- Use the command
Modify > Mesh Light > Unset as Light
- Add a LightAttributes node in the object flow.
- Force
Light > On to checked. - Force
Light > Light Set andLight > Shadow Set to Lights and Shadows.
